Details for Australia's tour of Bangladesh revealed

Australia's T20 World Cup preparations have gotten a lift with confirmation a five-match series in Bangladesh will go on the following month.

The Australia squad, which lost a T20 series toward the West Indies 4-1, will fly from Barbados to Dhaka one week from now after the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) today affirmed details that will see Aaron Finch's side play five matches in seven days.

Australia's 20-player squad will be unchanged from the gathering as of now in the Caribbean, with players, for example, David Warner, Glenn Maxwell, Pat Cummins, Steve Smith, Marcus Stoinis and Jhye Richardson remaining at home.

The Bangladesh visit had been mooted for quite a while yet had not been officially locked in as the two boards discussed bio-security arrangements amid a surge of COVID-19 cases in the south Asian country.

Cases of the infection have been increasing as of late and seven days long pause on limitations for the Islamic festival of Eid al-Adha has been condemned by health specialists because of fears that infections will rise much further.

Nonetheless, the two boards have agreed to terms and all five games, which will act as crucial preparation during the current year's T20 World Cup, will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

What a batting show put on by the Bangladeshi youngsters! It was not a great start by the opening pair, as they got rattled out in no time. The openers Naim and Sarkar were not able to give a sold foundation to the chase. But then it was the experience of Shakib Al Hasan who stabled the innings alongside Mahedi Hasan. The skipper came in and was out on a naught. Bangladesh were 67 for 5 at one stage, it looked like the match was slipping away from them. But then a composed knock by the youngsters, Nurul Hasan and Afif Hossain stitched a really important partnership of above 50 runs and saw the game off with ease.
The match was swinging from one end to the other like a pendulum, but in the end it is Bangladesh who came out victorious and they take a 2-0 lead in the 5 match series. Also, it is the first time Bangladesh defeated Australia consecutively
